Sunset over the mountains in a deep valley with a waterfall cascading down the right side.

Most of the people I work with have tried to “push through” for years. They’re competent, high-functioning — and exhausted beneath the surface. My approach is direct and collaborative: we don’t avoid the hard things, but we do them at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system.

I combine evidence-based trauma treatment with nervous system regulation because healing isn’t just cognitive — it lives in the body, too

I work with individuals from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • First responders, and military personnel

  • Survivors of domestic violence

  • Individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression

  • Those who feel “high-functioning” but internally overwhelmed
